Discord is fast. Trading should still be deliberate.

The Flow

/trade Buy $100 of AMZN

Trade It returns a review card with:

Section	What to check
Details	Asset, action, quantity, option legs
Pricing	Market, limit, stop, debit, credit
Total	Estimated cost or credit
Account	Where the order will route

Buttons

Button	Result
Confirm	Places the order.
Cancel	Cancels the draft.
Open in Trade It	Opens the full trade page.

If placement fails, the card shows the broker error and keeps a Retry button live.

Trade Alerts

Use /alert to share a trade idea without placing an order for yourself or anyone else.

/alert details:Buy $100 of AMZN note:Starter position

Trade It returns a public alert card with:

Section	What members see
Note	Optional context from the person sharing the alert
Order Details	Asset, action, quantity, option legs, and order type
Price Details	Limit or stop instructions when included
Button	A Review & Trade button that opens Trade It

Each member reviews the trade, edits anything they need like position size or limit price, and places the order through their own connected brokerage. The alert creator cannot execute trades for other members.

Account Targeting

You can let Trade It use your default account:

/trade Buy 5 shares of RKLB

Or name the account:

/trade Buy 5 shares of RKLB in my ETrade account

If there is more than one match, use /accounts and rerun with the exact account id.

Options

The bot handles both explicit contracts and plain-English option orders.

Good prompts:

/trade Buy 1 AMZN 290/300 call spread expiring Jun 5
/trade Buy 1 SPY call expiring Friday 10% OTM
/trade Sell 1 AAPL 330 call expiring Dec 5 limit 2.10

Include call or put, expiration, quantity, and price instructions when you have them. If something is missing, the bot will ask you to rerun the command with the missing detail.

Auto-Execute

Auto-execute lives in the Trade It dashboard. Turn it on only when your default account and order settings are exactly how you want them.

Without auto-execute, Discord trades draft first.
